Montefiore MyChart allows you to communicate seamlessly with all of the members of your care team. As a patient of any Montefiore outpatient or specialty site when you sign up for Montefiore MyChart you have direct online access to securely send messages to your providers, track your health issues and medications and medical history, renew your prescriptions, request new appointments, review outpatient procedures—such as lab work or x-rays, receive email messages of test results and review your child’s immunization records.
You can also securely access your billing statements, which are consolidated on one monthly bill, and pay your out-of-pocket costs online. In addition, a comprehensive library of health education topics is available to you to help you learn more about your medical tests and better understand test results.
