Montefiore PLUS Club

The Montefiore PLUS Club is a free membership program for adults age 55 and older. This membership program offers special benefits, services and information to older adults stay healthy and make it easier to access healthcare services at Montefiore’s hospitals and outpatient offices.

Montefiore PLUS Benefits

As a Montefiore PLUS Club member, you’ll be entitled to discounts and incentives at Montefiore Medical Center’s Henry and Lucy Moses Division and The Jack D. Weiler Hospital of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. You’ll be the first to know about special seminars, screenings and events that can help you stay healthy.

Eligible Montefiore PLUS members will receive a membership ID card within 4-6 weeks of enrollment. When you present your Montefiore PLUS Club card, you will be entitled to the following benefits and discounts:

20% discount on dental implants*
20% discount on any Bright Smile treatment of $600 or more*

Primary Care for Seniors

The Montefiore PLUS Club makes it easy for members to choose a primary care physician who can monitor their general health and meet special needs. Montefiore Medical Group, our network of more than 21 primary and specialty care offices throughout the Bronx and Westchester, has many excellent doctors who specialize in the care of patients age 55 and over. Our customer service representatives are available to assist Montefiore PLUS Club members in choosing the right primary care physician and can provide referrals to a nearby Montefiore Medical Group office.
