Flu Shot Information In our effort to keep our patients informed, we have been notified by The New York State Department of Health that there is a shortage in flu vaccine throughout New York City and New York State. Having held over 50 flu clinics since the beginning of September, we must place a temporary hold on flu shot distribution program. In addition to our physicians specializing in family medicine and obstetrics/gynecology, we have a nurse practitioner, nutritionist, social worker and psychotherapist available for consultation. Some of our unique specialty services include an asthma program where patients can learn to manage their condition and participate in a peer support group. We also provide HIV education, counseling and testing onsite. MMG West Farms Family Practice uses the most up-to-date computer technology for all medical records, allowing us to make your healthcare experience both pleasant and easy.
