Flu Shot Information In our effort to keep our patients informed, we have been notified by The New York State Department of Health that there is a shortage in flu vaccine throughout New York City and New York State. Having held over 50 flu clinics since the beginning of September, we must place a temporary hold on flu shot distribution program. MMG Family Care Center (FCC) has been providing excellent medical services for more than 40 years. Composed of diverse backgrounds and ethnicities, our staff is committed to caring for the surrounding communities in a comfortable, friendly atmosphere. Our office is conveniently located adjacent to Montefiore Medical Center's Moses Division and patients can benefit by scheduling appointments for their entire family at one convenient location.

In addition to full internal medicine, pediatric, and obstetrics/gynecology  services, we also provide many specialized services to our patients, including:

• Diabetes management
• Allergy and asthma management
• High blood pressure treatment
• Anticoagulation
• Immunizations and employee physicals
• Preoperative assessments
• Behavioral and developmental pediatrics

With access to hundreds of Montefiore physicians, we offer an array of specialty care under our own roof. We also have clinics for headache, liver disease, lupus, seizures, and sleep problems.

• Emergency department follow-up care
• HIV counseling and testing and referrals for HIV primary care
• Referrals to home health care services
• Social services, including information and referrals to government programs
• Centering Pregnancy Program and group prenatal care programs
• Individual and group nutrition counseling
• Health fairs
